This Minneapolis Americana musician has been on the road since his brief college days playing with musicians from across the nation. In 2010, he found himself hanging out with Trampled by Turtles after a show. They had inspired him to spend time in the welcoming music scene of the Twin-Cities. "It took him a long time to come out with his own solo project — he played so much music with other people — and when he did, everybody was just blown away," Trampled by Turtles frontman Dave Simonett told Minneapolis alt-weekly City Pages. "I'm a huge fan of his songwriting — it's so honest and poetic."
