What started as Joey’s love for New Orleans turned into a mission: to bring the taste, fun, and spirit of an authentic Louisiana seafood boil up north.
Joey has always had a passion for throwing a good party and cooking up incredible seafood. Around here, he’s known as the “Ragin’ Northern Cajun” – part chef, part entertainer, and all heart.
