5/25 Women's Words: P.A. Pashibin

P. A. Pashibin (aka Paulette Warren) is a poet and visual artist. She received her MFA in writing from Hamline University's College of Liberal Studies, 2008, and was selected to study with poet Ted Kooser in UMD's advanced writing workshop, summer, 2008. Her poetry and essays have appeared in numerous anthologies and literary journals most recently Pr?of Magazine and Mom Egg Review. She has self-published four limited-edition poetry chapbooks.

Pashibin is currently working on a collection of three dimensional "pages" that bring together her poems, photographs, collage works, paintings, and found objects as picasiette mosaics.

She is a member and/or supporter of The Loft Literary Center, Lake Superior Writers, Minnesota Poetry Therapy Network, Peace Writers, Superior Council for the Arts, and the Spirit Lake Poetry Series.

Women's Words airs Sundays at 1:30pm and 3:30pm. Funding for Women's Words is provided by The Minnesota Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.

Chris Harwood is The North 1033’s Production Director and (acting) Program Director, a morning/daytime host, and the host of Soul Village. He is also a musician, a music historian, an audio engineer, and an avid record collector.
