Paper cutter Andrea Martin of St. Paul joins Radio Gallery to share her passion for the paper arts. Martin's workshops on paper cutting will be offered as a part of the Northern Fibers Retreat February 12 - 16 at the Grand Marais Arts Colony.

01/22 Radio Gallery: Andrea Martin

Andrea Martin shares her inspirations and curiosity in this ancient art form.Martin will be offering an introductory class with registration encouraged by February 10th. She teaches some history and the rest is hands on instruction with wonderful art to take away from the sessions.
Martin's class is offered as part of the Northern Fibers Retreat, Feb. 12 - 16, at the Grand Marais Arts Colony.

Former Program Director, Maija Jenson teaches journalism in the Department of Communication at UMD and was a part of KUMD 2008-2019. She hosted a weekly arts program "Radio Gallery." She shares a lifetime of public radio listening, degrees in journalism and art and 20 years of public radio experience with KFAI, WHA, WSUM and KUMD.
