Phyllis Karsnia retired from Boise Cascade Corporation's human resource division in 1997. Armed with a digital camera, she captures nature scenes to create cards for her business, KarsCards. A Bit of Irish Gold shares the fictionalized biography of her husband's grandparents. Phyllis and her husband, Leo, live in International Falls, Minnesota.

Chris Harwood is The North 1033’s Production Director and (acting) Program Director, a morning/daytime host, and the host of Soul Village. He is also a musician, a music historian, an audio engineer, and an avid record collector.
