The hunt is OVER! The Golden 45 has been found!

Who will find the golden record? The Hunt for the Frozen 45 begins Sunday, February 16!

The UMD campus holds a secret hit record that gets lost once a year somewhere, find the disc, and bring it back to the KUMD station, located in the basement at 130 Humanities.

If you are the lucky winner you not only feel the great warmth that comes from being a winner but also $200 of gifts from UMD Stores!

Tune into The Basement every night after 9pm for clues to help narrow your search, starting with Hip-Hop Hotdish on 2/16. Clues will be posted on Basement social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram after it is announced on air. Bundle up, and happy hunting!

One of her favorite things about her job is the opportunity to share music from the Twin Ports’ many talented local artists.
