On Sunday, March 25, the candidates vying for the 8th U.S. Congressional District seat came together at St. Scholastica in Duluth. Rick Nolan is not seeking re-election in 2018 and the field of candidates who want to represent Northern Minnesota in Washington DC has been growing. Today we hear from:
