Tink is a domestic short hair tabby who is 2 years old. She came to us as a transfer from a different shelter and is now looking for her new loving home! Tink can be a little shy at first, but once she warms up to you she is very affectionate. Head scratches will get you far with this sweet girl! She has been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated.

Arlo is a Seal Point Snowshoe** cat who is 1 year old. He came to us as a stray from St. Louis County and is now looking for his new loving home! Arlo is a fun-loving feline that will keep you entertained for hours with his wily behavior and playful energy! He loves to chase toys and give high-fives! He is a handsome guy with light-blue eyes and a black mask! He has been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated.

Mo is a male Shepherd mix about 4 yrs old. Mo was brought in by his owner. Mo is a big boy who is affectionate and playful. He is strong and needs an active family or a lot of room for his activity level. Mo has been vet checked, neutered and vaccinated.

A.C. is a handsome Siberian Husky looking for his forever home! A.C. is a very large dog, a little too large in fact (currently over 100 pounds). He needs an active home that will continue to work with him on his weight loss. A.C. is friendly and playful and likes other dogs. Prior to adoption A.C. will be neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated.

Lisa Johnson started her broadcast career anchoring the television news at her high school and spinning country music at KWWK/KOLM Radio in Rochester, Minnesota. She was a reporter and news anchor at KTHI in Fargo, ND (not to mention the host of a children's program called "Lisa's Lane") and a radio reporter and anchor in Moorhead, Bismarck, Wahpeton and Fergus Falls.Since 1991, she has hosted Northland Morning on KUMD. One of the best parts of her job includes "paying it forward" by mentoring upcoming journalists and broadcasters on the student news team that helps produce Northland Morning. She also loves introducing the different people she meets in her job to one another, helping to forge new "community connections" and partnerships.Lisa has amassed a book collection weighing over two tons, and she enjoys reading, photography, volunteering with Animal Allies Humane Society and fantasizing about farmland. She goes to bed at 8pm, long before her daughter, two cats, or three dogs.
