Rex is a brown Staffordshire Terrier Mix mix who is 1 year old. He came to us as a transfer from a different shelter and is now looking for his new loving home! Rex is an energetic guy who will need a special home dedicated to the continuance of his obedience training. If you have the time and patience to give Rex the home he deserves, please come visit him! He has been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated.

Socrates is an orange tabby domestic short-hair who is about 11 years old. He came to us from a previous home and is now looking for his new loving home! He is a calm, friendly cat who enjoys hanging out with his humans! He is reported to like other cats, dogs, and kids. He has been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated.

Looking for a royalty sized cat with a temperament to match? Look no further, Queenie is your girl! This voluptuous nine year old feline has a beautiful muted calico coat and rules her domain with an iron paw. See if you can win this lovely girl's favor! While she can tolerate other cats, she prefers a cat and child-free home. Queenie has been spayed, microchipped and vaccinated.

Dorgi:
He is a male mixed breed about 6 yrs. old. Dorgie was brought in by his owner who could no longer care for him. He is friendly to all he has met, gets along with other dogs , is playful and very affectionate. He has been vet checked, neutered and given his canine and rabies vaccinations. He is all set for a new family.
 

Lisa Johnson started her broadcast career anchoring the television news at her high school and spinning country music at KWWK/KOLM Radio in Rochester, Minnesota. She was a reporter and news anchor at KTHI in Fargo, ND (not to mention the host of a children's program called "Lisa's Lane") and a radio reporter and anchor in Moorhead, Bismarck, Wahpeton and Fergus Falls.Since 1991, she has hosted Northland Morning on KUMD. One of the best parts of her job includes "paying it forward" by mentoring upcoming journalists and broadcasters on the student news team that helps produce Northland Morning. She also loves introducing the different people she meets in her job to one another, helping to forge new "community connections" and partnerships.Lisa has amassed a book collection weighing over two tons, and she enjoys reading, photography, volunteering with Animal Allies Humane Society and fantasizing about farmland. She goes to bed at 8pm, long before her daughter, two cats, or three dogs.
