Betsy Bode of Animal Allies joins us to talk about our featured pets ... but also the rewards of adopting special-needs animals.

Chrysanthemum's Story ...Chrysanthemum is a beautiful muted calico girl who is 6 years old. She is a Manx breed of cat so she doesn't have a tail! She came to us from a previous home and is ready to find a new, loving home to call her own. If you're looking for a calm, friendly cat that likes lots of attention, look no further! Chrysanthemum has been spayed, microchipped and vaccinated.

River's Story... River is an excited two and a half year old Beagle/Terrier mix. He came to Animal Allies from a previous home who no longer had time to take care of him. River is an energetic dog looking for a home that will play with him all day! He is vocal and initially a little nervous with new people but quickly adjusts to being your new best friend. River has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated.

Ivy's Story ... Meet Ivy. Ivy is a female Lab approximately 8 yrs old. Ivy is a very happy, friendly dog. She gets along with other dogs and has liked everyone she meets. She has been vet checked, spayed, and given her rabies and canine vaccinations.

Clyde's Story ...Clyde is a beautiful champagne long-haired cat who is about 2 years old. He came to us as a stray from Duluth and is now looking for his new loving home! He's somewhat shy at first, but very sweet once he gets to know you. Clyde has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), which is not life-threatening to him, but is contagious to other cats, so he should go to a home without other cats. He has been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated.
