Tim "Wink" Winker

Tim Winker is a longtime automotive journalist, editor, and Saab enthusiast. He served as the Editor and Publisher of NINES, the official magazine of the Saab Club of North America, for 13 years. Under his leadership, the publication evolved from a newsletter into a bi-monthly magazine, providing Saab owners with technical insights, historical features, and community updates.

He is also well known for hosting Folk Migrations on The North 103.3 FM, where he explores diverse musical traditions and interviews artists. His work highlights cultural storytelling, including special programs like the Sauna Special, which delves into Finnish-American sauna history and music.

Beyond his editorial work, Winker has been deeply involved in automotive culture, particularly in rally racing and vintage car preservation.
