Mike Mayou
Co-host of "Finding the Groove"Mike Mayou is a former Duluth City Councilor from the Second District. Elected in 2021 at the age of 23, he was an advocate for accessible streets, environmental sustainability, labor equity, and infrastructure improvements. Mayou has served on multiple commissions, including the Duluth Public Utilities Commission and the Metropolitan Interstate Council.
Beyond his political work, Mayou is also a passionate photographer, specializing in landscape and adventure photography. He has a deep appreciation for Duluth’s parks, trails, and Lake Superior, which he often captures through his lens. Additionally, he volunteers as an on-air host on The North 103.3 FM.
