Director, Producer, and Co-hostMichelle Jalowski is a Director and Producer at The Moth, where she works with people across the country to uncover meaningful moments in their lives, identify the heart of their stories, and develop those stories for the stage. She loves the intimacy and connection that come with the process of shaping a story, especially the experience of diving into someone’s life with them and emerging with something true and resonant.
Her work at The Moth brings together her interests in theater, documentary, and live events, and she is grateful for the chance to combine those passions. In addition to directing and producing, Jalowski teaches Moth storytelling workshops for adults and young people in and around New York. She lives in Brooklyn.
