Katie Marie and Joe Bly are the hosts of High Country Celtic Radio, a program dedicated to traditional and contemporary Celtic music. Based in northwestern Nevada, they bring the rich sounds of Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Brittany, Northern Spain, and the Isle of Man to listeners across the high desert and beyond.

Both hosts are musicians and emergency medical professionals, actively performing traditional Irish, Scottish, and Breton music in the Carson City region. Katie plays the guitar and button box, while Joe plays the flute, adding authenticity to their deep appreciation for Celtic traditions.

Their show originated in 2018 at KNVC 95.1 FM, and has since expanded to a broader audience through PRX and other public radio stations. They also incorporate a FairPlé Score into their programming, ensuring equal representation of women in Celtic music, a commitment to fairness inspired by Irish musician Karan Casey.
