Jill Fratis is a broadcast journalist and radio host with National Native News, where she anchors the daily newscast covering Indigenous issues across the United States and beyond. An Unangax̂ journalist from St. Paul Island, Alaska, she brings a strong focus on Native communities and storytelling rooted in lived experience.

Fratis began her career in Alaska public radio, working as a reporter, anchor, and news producer for KNBA in Anchorage. She has reported for regional and national outlets and became a regular contributor and fill-in host for National Native News before stepping into a leading role in 2026.
