This five-piece based in Northfield, Minnesota, joined us in the studio on July 1, 2016.

We found out how they all met as professors at Carlton and St. Olaf  Colleges and how the guy with the jazz drumming degree (Daniel Groll) became the singer/guitarist and the guy with the jazz saxophone degree (Mike Fuerstein) took over drums. Andy Flory on bass,  Jason Decker guitar Louis Epstein keyboards

The band, which also includes Andy Flory on bass and Jason Decker on guitar, talked about making their latest, self-titled, album of melodic indie-rock. Finding they needed a keyboard player for the live show to bring to life the sounds on the album, they recently brought Louis Epstein, another Northfield academic, on board.
