Sound Inc. has been together in the Twin Ports since 1966. Some members started playing together in 1963 while in junior high. Initially the band played high school dances, parties, church and youth center dances. The band recorded the song “Dreams” which charted No. 1 for seven weeks on the Duluth-Superior charts.



With the hit record, the band started playing colleges, armories, arenas and ballrooms from International Falls, the Iron Range, Canada, Wisconsin, Western Minnesota and the Twin Cities.
