Journey to Wellness // Monday 8:00amA 10-minute bi-weekly program on Native American Community Health in MN and around the country in partnership with the University of Minnesota Medical School- Duluth Campus, Center of American Indian and Minority Health. "There's nothing in traditional medicine says you can't use western medicine and some of the privileges it brings"

According to the most recent information, COVID cases in Minnesota are up 29% over the previous two week period, and hospitalizations for COVID are up 87%.

But even though these are unprecedented times for most of us, Indigenous people have survived epidemics - and pandemics - for hundreds of years.

And their approach to handling this one is, not surprisingly, to see out the truth-sayers in their communities.
