AICHO

Small Business Saturday is coming up this weekend. Many small businesses in the area showcase (and are even operated by) local artists and creators.

Included on the list of the many locations celebrating is AICHO. Biboon Bimaadizimin: Winter Good Life Holiday Market is happening from 10am-4pm at the Dr. Robert Powless Cultural Center. You can find beadwork, textiles, dried goods and more.

Way out west, Bailey Builds is hosting a Small Business Saturday in their space. “[The team] transformed an old Texaco gas station into a space that showcases folks in the craft community,” says Annie Dugan. Leather goods, macramé, and many other mediums can be found at the space.

Breweries are getting into the holiday vibe as well. Across the bridge in Superior, WI at Earth Rider Brewery one can find the North Country Market this Saturday, and Hoops Brewery in Canal Park is having a maker's market every Saturday through Christmas.

And, of course, the Lincoln Park Craft District has several locations that fit the bill. "Check out the folks at Duluth Pottery and Tile, Warrior Printress, Free Air Life Company,“ says Dugan. "It's a fun way to celebrate them this weekend."
