Sixty years of parade floats, high school band members trying to play their instruments with frozen fingers and faces, dance academy students with easy smiles that bely their chattering teeth ... yup, it's Christmas City of the North time again.
And if it's not enough to be the Christmas City, Duluth is the Gingerbread City as well. Luckily, it works well with the existing theme music!
