"This weekend is the Pride Festival in Duluth and Superior," says Annie Dugan. "This is thirty-six years of celebrating pride in the Twin Ports, and of course visual arts is a huge and incredibly important part of that."
The vibrant weekend of art begins on Thursday from 3-5pm at the Duluth Public Library. Many artists will have works on display. You can catch the Mayor's reception immediately following at the Depot.
Later that night, starting at 6pm, the work of Constance Johnston will be on display at Wussow's Concert Cafe with music provided by the Trash Cats. For art on Friday, head over to Zeitgeist from 6-8pm.
On Saturday, you can see the work of Aaron Kloss from 11am-2pm at Two Loons Gallery. Pride weekend also includes the Pride Parade that will take place in Superior at noon on Sunday.
