Prøve Gallery celebrates the new collective show "Chromascope" on Friday June 15, with works of over ten local and regional artists creating a visual panorama.  Investigating bright spectrums of summer, "Chromascope" brings together a myriad of media, ideas and artists in a delicious study of color with work from Kirsten Aune, Billy Flynn, Susanna Gaunt, Linda Glisson, Margie Helstrom, Isaac James, Tom Moriarty, Lance Mountain and others. Loll Designs of Duluth also joins the show, offering their brightly colored seating for viewers to enjoy.

The public is invited to the opening reception happening Friday June 15, from 7-10 p.m. Prove Gallery is located at 21 N. Lake Avenue in Duluth.

Former Program Director, Maija Jenson teaches journalism in the Department of Communication at UMD and was a part of KUMD 2008-2019. She hosted a weekly arts program "Radio Gallery." She shares a lifetime of public radio listening, degrees in journalism and art and 20 years of public radio experience with KFAI, WHA, WSUM and KUMD.
