A recent Minnesota Pollution Control Agency study shows several Duluth-area beaches are experiencing spikes of E. Coli bacteria — making them, at times, unsafe for swimming. We talk with Stephen Mikkelson from the MPCA about what these findings mean and what steps can be taken to help them be reduced.
