FEMN FEST is an unapologetically feminist festival brought to YOU by a team of womxn-identified bosses. A weekend of music, art, workshops, education, film, and connection. The festival starts Friday, Sept. 21 and runs through Saturday, Sept. 22 in downtown Duluth in/around Sacred Heart Music and Arts Center.
Three stage-areas will inhabit the downtown area. Amidst the musical and educational activities, there will be a maze of various womxn-owned vendors, artists, and art installations.
In it's second year, FEMN FEST aims to bring folks together to enjoy ourselves, enrich ourselves, and connect as a community. This time with even more womxn. More feminism. More voices. More Sacred Heart. & even more accessible than before.
MISSION:
To seek and promote gender balance in the arts industry by displaying dynamic diverse representation, increasing visibility, and amplifying underrepresented voices.
