Back Tracks: Three Music Questions with Kendra Carlson

Kendra Carlson

UMD writing instructor Kendra Carlson had a full summer. Between raising a child, teaching an online class, and directing a musical, who has time for Dungeons & Dragons? Well, Kendra made time. She and the rest of the Twin Portals crew create monthly podcasts and occasional live performances of their continued D&D adventures.

When it comes to music, Kendra began her album collection with numerous soundtracks. Her first memorable concert had a $5 ticket attached to it - that ended up being well worth the price of admission. And her guilty pleasure song is a current pop hit with a suggestive message. "I do feel guilty because I let me seven-year-old sing along."

Back Tracks receives support from Minnesota Power Employees Credit Union. You can hear Back Tracks every Friday at 8am on Northland Morning.
