Ellen Stanley, known on stage as Mother Banjo, has a long musical history with memories of choir, coffee houses, and summer camp. Mother Banjo will share the stage with Breanne Marie on Wednesday, July 31st at the Cedar Lounge in Superior. Music and more info can be found on Mother Banjo's website.

The first album Ellen ever purchased was of an artist who was having a moment in the late 80s. Her first concert without adult supervision got rocking. And her guilty pleasure song takes some explaining due to a popularized cover version. "It's such a good driving song... I just love the original so much."
